Community Educational Foundation
The Community Educational Foundation empowers students to see college as a real and achievable future. Through scholarship support and personalized one-on-one guidance, we help students discover their strengths, explore career paths, find the right-fit college, and access the scholarships and financial aid needed to make higher education possible—regardless of financial circumstances.
The Kip Roth Scholarship
The Kip Roth Scholarship was created to honor the life, values, and lasting legacy of Kip Roth—a devoted husband to his beloved wife, Paula, and a proud father to Haley and Tyler. Kip believed deeply in the power of education to change lives, and he lived with the conviction that meaningful impact happens one person at a time.
Through this scholarship, Kip’s passion for education now extends beyond his family and into the lives of future students. Awarded to a student who demonstrates both financial need and a strong work ethic, the Kip Roth Scholarship is designed to support individuals who are committed to building a better future through perseverance, responsibility, and determination.
While Kip is deeply missed, his legacy lives on through the opportunities this scholarship provides. By investing in the next generation, Kip’s impact continues—placing his values, generosity, and belief in others into good hands, where they will inspire progress for years to come.

Start a Scholarship. Change a Life.
The Community Educational Foundation was established to create meaningful, life-changing opportunities for high school students who face significant financial barriers to higher education. By combining direct scholarship support with personalized, one-on-one guidance from professional admissions specialists, we help students navigate the college admissions process with confidence, identify career pathways aligned with their strengths, and select colleges where they can thrive academically and personally.
Your support goes beyond funding—it creates access. Through donor-funded scholarships and educational support, students gain the tools and advocacy they need to secure financial aid, reduce college costs, and pursue futures that might otherwise feel out of reach. Each contribution helps transform uncertainty into opportunity and potential into achievement.
We invite individuals, families, and organizations to partner with us in expanding educational access. Donors have the opportunity to support existing scholarships or establish their own named scholarship, directly impacting students in their communities and leaving a lasting legacy of empowerment and possibility.
